The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction sites. This position requires expertise in occupational health and safety regulations, particularly those related to the construction industry. The Safety Technician will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization. Duties Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with NEC standards and best practices. Provide training to employees on safety practices, risk management, and compliance management. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions. Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution. Requirements Proven experience in occupational health and safety within the construction industry. Strong understanding of risk management principles and OSHA regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and educate staff on safety protocols. Relevant certifications in safety management or related fields are preferred.
