We are a growing, family-owned (4th generation) food manufacturer based in New Jersey and Georgia! We are known for our world-class quality meats and have been selling since the 1800s! Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality assurance programs for ground beef production and sausage manufacturing.
Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Lead and train staff on food safety practices and quality control measures.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze food safety data to identify trends and areas of concern.
Work closely with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with food safety laws and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, with a focus on meat products, particularly ground beef.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance principles.
Experience in managing a team and leading training initiatives.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
