out of 5 stars Duluth, GA 30096 Position Summary The Safety Professional will be responsible for overseeing and promoting a culture of safety at all job sites and within all operations. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and Titan Electric’s internal safety standards. The ideal candidate will be an experienced safety leader with a strong background in electrical construction. Key Responsibilities Conduct job site safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with
OSHA, NFPA
70E, and company safety policies. Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety programs. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions. Deliver training on hazard recognition, PPE, lockout/tagout, and other safety topics. Support field personnel with job hazard analysis (JHA) and pre-task planning. Maintain documentation and safety metrics; report findings to management. Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and field staff to promote a proactive safety culture. Stay current with industry best practices and safety regulations. Qualifications 5+ years of safety experience in electrical or general construction. OSHA 30 certification required; CHST, CSP, or other safety credentials preferred. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and other relevant standards. Strong communication, training, and leadership skills. Ability to travel to job sites as needed. Proficient with safety reporting tools and MS Office Suite.
