We are seeking an experienced, OSHA 30-certified Bilingual Safety Supervisor (English/Spanish) to oversee safety programs and compliance within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment by enforcing regulations, conducting training, and promoting a safety-first culture across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Enforce OSHA standards and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments in the warehouse. Lead and facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and trainings in both English and Spanish. Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training materials tailored to warehouse operations. Investigate workplace accidents and near misses; identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Maintain detailed safety records, including incident reports, training logs, and inspection checklists. Ensure proper use of PPE and that all safety equipment is available and in working condition. Serve as a liaison between management and staff on all safety matters, ensuring open and effective communication. Monitor safety performance and track key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist with emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation procedures. Stay up to date with OSHA updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

OSHA 30-Hour Certification (Required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices and equipment Ability to train, coach, and influence employees at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (occasional weekends or evenings may be required) Some overtime may be necessary based on operational needs
