LaGrange, GA Overview:

We’re seeking a certified and experienced Lift Director to take full ownership of our critical lifting operations. You’ll lead planning, safety compliance, and execution for multi-crane lifts and complex rigging jobs on-site.

Responsibilities:

Lead development and review of lift plans; chair pre- and post-lift meetings. Oversee all lift operations, from ground prep to final execution. Stop operations when safety thresholds are exceeded (e.g., weather, rigging faults). Ensure compliance with OSHA and ASME standards; maintain documentation. Supervise lifting personnel, signalers, riggers, crane operators. Collaborate with site supervisors, safety managers, and clients.

Qualifications:

NCCCO Lift Director certification (or equivalent ITI/Crane Institute training). 3+ years in crane/rigging roles; supervisory experience preferred. In-depth knowledge of

OSHA 29 CFR

1926.1400+ and

ASME B30
