We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food SafetyQuality Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry.

This is a permanent role that requires a professional with a strongbackground in dairy products, particularly cream and milk. Theindividual will be responsible for leading and managing all aspectsof our food safety and quality programs. This includes developing,implementing, and monitoring food safety systems to ensurecompliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The roleoffers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challengingenvironment where your contributions will have a direct impact onthe quality of our products and the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation offood safety and quality systems, including FMSA, EMP, FSQ, HACCP,and CoA. 2. Oversee the management of the SQF (Safe Quality Food)program to ensure compliance with all applicable standards andregulations. 3. Develop and maintain a robust EnvironmentalMonitoring Program (EMP) to ensure the safety and quality of ourproducts. 4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify theeffectiveness of our food safety systems and identify areas forimprovement. 5. Manage and resolve any food safety and qualityissues that arise, implementing corrective actions as necessary. 6.Provide leadership and guidance to our production team, promoting aculture of food safety and quality throughout the organization. 7.Work closely with other departments to ensure that food safety andquality considerations are integrated into all aspects of ouroperations. 8. Stay abreast of the latest developments in foodsafety and quality management, implementing new strategies andtechnologies as appropriate.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degreein Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. 2. A minimum of5 years of experience in a food safety or quality management rolein the food manufacturing industry, with a particular focus ondairy products. 3. In-depth knowledge of food safety and qualitysystems, including FMSA, EMP, FSQ, HACCP, and CoA. 4. Provenexperience in managing the SQF (Safe Quality Food) program. 5.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead ateam and drive continuous improvement. 6. Excellent problem-solvingskills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve foodsafety and quality issues. 7. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicatecomplex food safety and quality concepts to a diverse audience. 8.A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest developments infood safety and quality management.
