Field Safety Manager Position Available In St. Charles, Louisiana

Field Safety Manager Harvey Enterprises Montz, LA 70068 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Safety Supervisor to lead our construction team in executing projects efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Safety, with proficiency in safety rules, regulations, and OSHA regulations. As a Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities Responsible for knowing the safe work procedures that must be used to perform each job task . Responsible for knowing what personal protective equipment is required for each task and how to use and maintain this equipment properly.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain accurate records of any security incidents, breaches, and surveillance, and an inventory of security equipment, and ensure compliance with GDPR, health and safety, company and legal requirements.

Communication and Leadership:

The ability to lead, motivate and train a team and professionally and effectively communicate with team members, management, site staff and the emergency services.

Additional Certifications:

Some companies may prefer Security Supervisors with certifications such as first aid, CCTV operator, and health and safety; however, this is not necessary for the role. Experience Proven experience as a Safety supervisor or in a similar safety role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
