We Offer As our new Safety & Survival Instructor you are a competent public speaker will be responsible for delivering training to personnel in the Oil & Gas, Maritime, and Construction industries, as well as many others. You will also support our HSEQ department with compliance assistance, course creation, and maintenance programs… Key Responsibilities Instruct and assess safety and survival courses Upkeep of the equipment maintenance plan and instructor competency matrix We are looking for We are looking for a person with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in offshore safety training. We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and generally the following qualifications: Water/Sea survival instruction experience, such as HUET/BOSIET, is highly recommended Must be highly self-driven and result oriented Must have excellent communication skills and preferably experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Experience working in safety and survival training centers Service minded with a high drive A structured way of working, showing attention to detail Fluent in English both verbally and in writing We are looking for a candidate that has experience in offshore operations, a strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) training, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others. The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications such as OPITO-approved courses, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver safety training programs in a dynamic and high-risk environment.
