We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our Safety team The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive safety programs. This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations while supporting a culture of safety excellence through effective program execution and continuous improvement. This role will have a strong field presence, providing real-time guidance, mentorship, and oversight to teams while maintaining strong safety performance across the region. Why TAK?

Full Time Paid Weekly Compensation:

$95K – $105K annually, DOE Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)

Vacation:

80 hours accrued annually

Sick Time Pay:

accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked

The Role Implement and maintain corporate safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with organizational standards, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices Execute and oversee safety audits, inspections, and investigations across multiple sites Respond to and investigate safety incidents, near-misses, and accidents, implementing immediate corrective actions Document site safety observations, violations, and next steps in internal safety management system Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels. Ensure compliance with location-specific safety regulations and maintain organizational adherence to state and federal requirements Act as liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections and maintain positive relationships with Cal/OSHA representatives Execute emergency response procedures and maintain emergency preparedness for high-risk activities Supervise site safety representatives and partner with local operations teams to provide coaching and mentorship of personnel on proper safety procedures Participate in the management of workers’ compensation cases, including incident investigations, and return-to-work programs Support new project startups with safety orientation and site-specific safety planning Ensure compliance with safety reporting requirements and standards Travel throughout assigned region to support multiple project sites and teams Supervise, mentor, and support field safety team members Requirements 5+ years of experience in safety management, with 1-2 years in telecommunications or construction industry Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Construction Man…
