Ecru, MS•Mesquite, TX•Advance, NC Why This Role? As a Safety Compliance Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining FMCSA compliance across our six Distribution Centers and drop lot locations. You’ll lead a team, support over-the-road drivers in the U.S. and Canada, and ensure our fleet operates safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a compliance team auditing driver e-Logs, coaching drivers, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Manage PeopleNet and e-Driver logs, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with Operations. Oversee safety documentation, including driver qualification files, licenses, physicals, and annual reviews. Administer the company’s drug and alcohol testing program, ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations. Monitor and report safety compliance data, providing key insights for leadership. Support accident response efforts, escalate issues when necessary, and provide after-hours assistance. Research and manage partnerships with medical clinics for FMCSA exams and drug testing. Ensure proper stocking and distribution of policy program supplies like ELDs and accident kits.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Proven safety compliance experience within the transportation industry. Deep knowledge of FMCSA regulations and compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing PeopleNet, e-Driver logs, and compliance databases.
