Safety Manager Position Available In Mecklenburg, North Carolina

Beyond a dynamic and supportive workplace, we offer plenty of room for professional growth and career advancement. ️ Key Responsibilities + Uphold and enforce company safety policies and protocols + Deliver safety training sessions for both employees and subcontractors + Carry out routine safety inspections and site audits + Spot and address potential safety risks across job sites + Thoroughly document and analyze safety incidents and accidents + Oversee the proper use and upkeep of all safety equipment + Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to embed safety into every phase of the project Desired Skills & Qualifications + Minimum of 4 years’ experience in safety management within construction or general contracting + Solid knowledge of OSHA standards and industry safety practices + Strong leadership and communication skills + Exceptional eye for detail and robust documentation capabilities + Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across diverse groups + Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Experience Level Intermediate Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 – $85000.00/yr.
