Conduct safety training for employees and contractors. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on job sites. Document and investigate incidents and accidents. Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and used correctly. Work closely with superintendents, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the project.
