Conduct safety training for employees and contractors. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on job sites. Document and investigate incidents and accidents. Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and used correctly. Work closely with superintendents, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the project. Essential Skills Safety management OSHA 30 certification Utility construction Sitework Site development Land development Excavation Grading Civil construction Additional Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a safety management role in a construction or general contracting environment Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities Ability to work well in a team environment Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred Work Environment The position is on-site and involves working closely with superintendents, project managers, and other stakeholders. The work environment includes construction sites where safety equipment must be properly maintained and used.
