Onsite (Monday to Friday) We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Health & Safety Manager to support a newly mobilized facilities management contract for a major technology client. This role is ideal for an early-career professional or recent graduate ready to take ownership of health and safety responsibilities across a dynamic and international portfolio. About the Role Based onsite in Cary, NC, you will serve as the lead for all health and safety operations across the client’s US facility, while supporting activity across 20+ international locations in the Americas, Europe, and APAC. You’ll work closely with the operations and account teams to ensure full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on, operational role with occasional travel (domestic and international), requiring strong communication skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and management systems in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Provide regulatory guidance and technical support to internal staff and contractors. Promote safe systems of work and monitor their effectiveness, including oversight of permit-to-work processes. Conduct internal audits, lead investigations, and track improvement initiatives through to completion. Support both internal teams and the client in the development and maturity of their health and safety frameworks. Deliver training and awareness initiatives that promote a positive safety culture across the business. What We’re Looking For Early in their health and safety careers (1-2 years’ experience), or Recent graduates with a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field, or Facilities, operations, or site supervisors with exposure to safety responsibilities. Desirable (but not required): Understanding of facilities management environments Internal auditor qualifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) CSP, SMP, or environmental certifications (or working toward them) Familiarity with international HSE regulations Proficiency in Spanish Salary & Benefits Competitive salary: $75,000•$82,000 Full benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, etc.) Business-related travel expenses reimbursed (excluding daily commute) Why Join Us?
