Jobsite Safety Manager Pointman Safety Consulting Holly Springs, NC 27540 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Jobsite Safety Manager to oversee a construction project in Holly Springs, NC. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction management, and the ability to effectively communicate. Duties

• Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Implement OSHA regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential risks or issues.
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards on-site.
• Communication between other Safety Managers onsite.
• Continuous proactive approach.

Daily:

• Onboarding new employees
• Make sure employee attend the project orientation
• Assist in new working registration
• Manage worker training documents
• Review JHA’s with all new workers and complete the sign in process
• Submit Daily Huddle
• Submit Weekly TBT
• Manage Daily Stretch/Flex
• Jobsite safety inspections
