We are currently seeking a dynamic,self-motivated, and experienced Permanent EHS Manager to join ourteam in the Manufacturing industry. This is an excellentopportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our environmental,health, and safety (EHS) programs and ensure compliance with allrelevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in Occupational Health, Lock Out Tag OutCertification, and CSP.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement,and maintain EHS programs and policies in compliance with local,state, and federal regulations. 2. Lead the implementation of abehavior-based safety culture across the organization. 3. Conductregular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections toidentify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. 4.Provide training and education to all employees on EHS practices,policies, and procedures. 5. Manage Lock Out Tag Out programs andensure all equipment is properly tagged and locked out duringmaintenance and repair. 6. Respond to and investigate incidents,accidents, and safety-related issues, and develop strategies toprevent their recurrence. 7. Liaise with regulatory agencies andinternal stakeholders to ensure the organization remains incompliance with EHS regulations. 8. Monitor changes in EHSregulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.9. Develop and deliver EHS reports and presentations to seniormanagement, detailing performance, issues, and solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health,Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Aminimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS role within themanufacturing industry. 3. Certified Safety Professional (CSP)certification is required. 4. Extensive knowledge of EHSregulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and

ISO 14001.

5.Strong experience in managing Lock Out Tag Out programs. 6.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto influence and engage others. 7. Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potentialhazards and develop effective solutions. 8. Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver clearand concise EHS reports and presentations. 9. Proficient in MSOffice Suite and EHS management systems. 10. Ability to managemultiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong attentionto detail and organizational skills.
