As the Safety Analyst (LYTX Platform Lead), you will serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert of the LYTX safety video telematics system across Red Bull’s 200+ locations within 62 Profit Centers and 2,000+ routes. You will lead initiatives to enhance ASMS safety, reduce risk exposure, and provide data-driven insights that improve operational performance. This role bridges safety, compliance, legal, Talent and technology by overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of LYTX platform management, including data analysis, compliance reporting, system configuration, training, and ongoing process optimization.

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
5+ years of experience in safety analytics, fleet safety, or operations in a distribution/logistics environment.
Bachelor’s degree in operations, Safety Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience administering and managing telematics or video-based safety platforms (LYTX preferred).
Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Familiarity with safety regulations (DOT, OSHA, FMCSA) and compliance reporting is preferred.
Prior experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or warehouse/distribution environment is a strong advantage.
A firm understanding of data analysis and operations
Ability to develop big-picture understanding of business priorities and translate that into actionable tasks

The base salary range for this position is $81,120 to $121,680 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
