is seeking a highly qualified Fire Life Safety Director to join our team at a premier Class A office property in Manhattan. This individual will play a vital role in implementing the property’s Emergency and Life Safety Plan, safeguarding building occupants and assets, and leading lobby operations with a professional and authoritative presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed, experienced fire safety professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to ensuring the highest standards of security and emergency readiness. Responsibilities and Duties Lead and manage lobby operations during the evening shift Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the building Monitor life safety systems and report any deficiencies Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies, alarms, and elevator entrapments Enforce building access policies using card access and visitor management systems Supervise and support building staff, ensuring adherence to safety procedures Monitor CCTV and other security systems to detect suspicious or unsafe activity Conduct fire extinguisher inspections and identify fire hazards Maintain thorough logs and prepare detailed incident and inspection reports Assist with drills, training, and emergency response planning Qualifications Valid NYS Security Guard License

• Required Valid F-89 Fire Life Safety Director Certification with Active Shooter Training
• Required High school diploma or GED Experience in building security, fire safety, law enforcement, or related fields Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office and security software Ability to remain composed in high-stress situations Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled shifts Compensation $23
• 26/hour, commensurate with experience

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM
