As a Program Quality Liaison, you’ll be the bridge between data and action-supporting safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all our services. This is more than a desk job. What You’ll Do:
???? Incident & Risk Management Track, document, and analyze program incidents Identify trends and recommend solutions to reduce risk Support immediate safety actions and long-term fixes ???? Audit Prep & Compliance Coordinate documentation for audits and follow-up plans Ensure corrective actions are completed on time Keep teams informed and supported before, during, and after reviews ???? EHR Oversight Monitor Electronic Health Record (EHR) entries for quality and accuracy Provide feedback, coaching, and resources to staff Help teams improve documentation and stay aligned with policy ???? Data-Driven Insights Build reports that turn numbers into narratives-supporting smart decision-making Monitor key metrics (fire drills, financials, compliance grids, etc.) Present findings clearly to stakeholders and teams ???? Cross-Team Collaboration Act as the go-to resource for compliance communication and updates Join agency committees (Incident Review, Human Rights) and help spot trends Use IRMA dashboards to track incidents and support proactive planning ???? Quality Improvement Identify and implement smarter processes Lead debriefs and coach teams to reduce risk and boost accountability Promote a culture of learning, safety, and growth
What You Bring:
Experience:
2+ years in quality, compliance, or operations (Human Services/Healthcare a plus)
Education:
Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field preferred; Associate degree with 4+ years experience accepted
Skills:
Strong data analysis and reporting abilities Clear, professional communication-even with tough topics Comfortable using EHR systems and data dashboards Able to collaborate and coach across all levels of the organization Bonus if you have: IRMA or OPWDD experience, risk management background
