The ideal candidate will lead safety initiatives, conduct site audits, and ensure full compliance with all relevant OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive safety oversight on large construction sites Conduct routine safety audits and inspections Deliver onsite safety training to field personnel and subcontractors Support compliance with OSHA standards and internal safety programs Ensure HAZCOM compliance and proper documentation Identify, mitigate, and report safety risks or violations Work closely with the project management team to integrate safety into planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish and English (Required) OSHA 30 Certification (Required) OSHA 510 and 500 Certifications (Preferred but not required) Safety competencies in: Trenching & Excavation Confined Space Entry General Construction Safety Excellent knowledge of construction jobsite safety practices Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to train, coach, and influence crew members Why Join Us?
