Location:
Charleston, SC HB NEXT is seeking a Charleston, SC based Division Environmental Manager to join one of our growing teams in South Carolina.
Position Overview:
The Division Environmental Manager (DEM) is responsible for leading and managing teams of Environmental Consultants across various projects and clients. A successful DEM will bring extensive experience in environmental management, excel in teamwork, and possess strong problem-solving skills. This role involves overseeing project initiation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
New Project Starts:
Oversee the initiation of new projects.
Internal Site Quality Audits/Quarterly Reviews:
Conduct internal site quality audits and quarterly reviews to ensure compliance and high standards.
Additional Training:
Provide and arrange additional training based on the results of internal site quality audits.
Vacation Schedules and Coverage Planning:
Manage vacation schedules and plan coverage to ensure consistent team availability.
Emerging Leadership and Intermediate Management Training:
Participate in leadership and management training programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Independent Problem Solving:
Ability to address and resolve issues proactively and independently.
Quality Assurance:
Ensuring quality and productivity across the division.
