Job Responsibilities
The Environmental Health Manager is a responsible for the coordination of environmental safety for all programs in the School of Health Care. This includes organization, coordination, infection control, hazardous waste management, management of critical incidents and reports, in-service education, radiation safety, monitoring of local, state and federal regulations as they pertain to the duties listed.
This position is located on the Midlands Technical College Airport Campus.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
The Environmental Health Manager I must have a Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years experience in environmental health programs or radiological health, infection control, DES (Department of Environmental Services), CDC, OSHA regulations; or an Associate Degree and five (5) years experience. Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications are Bachelor Degree and three (3) years experience with Radiation Officer Training. Employer
