Shift Manager Environmental Health & Safety Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling & Stamping paid time off, retirement plan United States, Tennessee, Cleveland Jun 17, 2025 Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Environmental Health & Safety in our Cleveland, Tennessee Stamping Facility. The Shift Manager Environmental Health & Safety is responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and management of daily health & safety facility requirements including prevention, training, inspection and supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong teamwork mentality with interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering and facilitating a wide variety of courses including Forklift, Overhead Crane, Lockout tagout and aerial work platform.
Ensure that all accidents, incidents, near misses and hazards are investigated to determine root cause and corrective/preventive actions.
Support Safety Interactions during daily safety walks and perform Field Verification of Critical Control assessments to identify exposures
Maintain an active presence on the production floor to provide coaching, mentoring, and support for EHS concerns.
Act as a solution provider, coach, mentor and drive positive change.
Maintain EHS training database

Minimum Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in an environmental health and safety position

Preferred Requirements:

2-3 yes of experience in an adult teaching / training role
Post-Secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety is an asset
