In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs that ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a culture of safety within the organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement environmental health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations. Lead root cause analysis investigations for incidents to prevent future occurrences. Prepare detailed reports on safety performance metrics and compliance status. Provide training and development programs for employees on safety practices. Manage workers’ compensation claims and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safe working environment. Support the development of EHS and technical safety, vision, goals and programs Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve an EHS Management System according to ISO 14001 and

ISO 45001

Conduct site wide training for EHS & Quality Understanding of Company Quality Mission and specific laboratory QC/QA protocols and corrective/preventative actions. Support and actively participate in Company 7S program, Lean Programs, or similar company programs. Assures that documented methods are always followed. Create training plan and schedule for all personnel in all required methods including required QC/ QA.
