Medical Director

• Occupational Medicine Opportunity in TN_x000D_ Based in Johnson City, TN_x000D x000D_ General Summary_x000D x000D_
• The Medical Director provides clinical andoperational guidance and leadership_x000D_
• Assist in developingthe long/short-term strategy and tactics for the growth anddevelopment of the service line and improvement of the health ofthe population we serve via engagement in development of clinicalstandards of care._x000D_
• Participate in recruitment andon-boarding of new providers, including performance feedback andcoaching as needed to ensure positive professional development andretention_x000D_
• Lead/support development of quality initiativesand other programs to continually improve cost effectiveness andquality of services and patient and client satisfaction_x000D_-Support securing new and maintain existing business as required.

Identify new accounts to meet growth strategies and communicateinformation to the BHMA leadership team._x000D_

• Provideconsultative services in occupational health, including provisionof medical director services to client companies and in developmentof onsite programs that focus on a healthy lifestyle._x000D_
• Serveas the designated physician and advanced practice cliniciansupervisor for clinics, onsite programs, and Business Health teammembers_x000D_
• Serve as the Medical Review Officer (MRO) for theprogram_x000D x000D_ Experience Needed _x000D x000D_
• Valid andactive Medical Licensure in TN and VA_x000D_
• Valid and activeBoard Certification for Occupational Medicine_x000D_
• MedicalLicense free of sanctions from any healthcare entity andpayer_x000D_
• DEA clear of any restrictions or recentsanction_x000D_
• DOT and MRO certifications required; others may beneeded as market needs shift_x000D_
• Five years minimum clinicalexperience_x000D_
