Senior Compliance Practitioner Position Available In Etowah, Alabama

Administer the Lineage Safety Program to ensure a safe, controlled, and risk-free environment while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Promote a safety culture with the goal of achieving an incident-free work environment.

• $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Note:

Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for audits or accident investigations._

• Key Responsibilities
• + Train new Compliance Practitioners and provide ongoing guidance and support + Collaborate with Operations to resolve facility and customer-related issues + Conduct thorough accident investigations and ensure safety policies are clearly communicated and followed + Lead meetings to communicate updates to safety policies and procedures, and address any quality or safety concerns + Monitor safety supply inventory and coordinate with Operations for replenishment needs + Maintain accurate and organized records, including safety logs, binders, and compliance documentation •Additional Responsibilities•+ Attend training sessions and events as directed by the Operations team + Facilitate safety orientations for new hires as needed •Qualifications•+ High school diploma or GED required + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a safety compliance or related role + Food safety experience preferred (PCQI training a plus) + Strong public speaking and presentation skills + Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities + Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and reporting standards + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

) + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments, ranging from

• 20°F (cold storage) to 100°F (dry storage), with proper PPE provided + Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels Why Lineage?
