About Trawick:
Trawick Construction is seeking a Safety and Clams Analyst to assist in the day to day management of all safety programs for the company. As a Safety and Claims Analyst, you will be an instrumental part of the team that is creating a culture with a safety-first mindset for our 200+ employees within 6 locations. This position will report directly to the Director of Safety, and coordinate with the Director of Safety, other members of the safety team, and other Area Managers and others to ensure compliance with all programs, policies and OSHA regulations.

Tuition Assistance Program Responsibilities:
+ Receive and Input weekly Vehicle and Equipment Reports + Data entry of various databases + Communicate with field to resolve any issues with paperwork + Follow up/close small damage claims + Reconcile Lytx fleet and driver assignments to ensure they match + Maintain accurate driver assignments so that Drivecam events are assigned to the correct driver + Maintain open lines of communication with field operations + Distribute reports and follow-up with field to verify all Drivecams are functioning properly, and clean up the report to eliminate overdue for downloads + Distribute DVIR non-compliance reports and resolution + Manage Luminos Incident and Occurrence files within 48 hours to include: description edits, supporting documents, and location corrections. Make independent judgment about documents needed to complete the Incident and Occurrence files. + Update and distribute reporting focused on improving performance, identifying opportunities, and assisting senior leadership to focus on their teams + Maintain Safety portal with a focus on positive recognition, identifying and creating informative and descriptive positive behaviors + Coordinate and schedule learning events and or post-incident meetings incident review analysis + Assist in maintaining all the internal learning management systems related to Driving, Safety, and other safety & compliance requirements. Distribute reports and work with leadership to maintain compliance + Provide driving and claim history when requested + Provide ready for field data for Google markets, learning management system, Driver and ladder evaluation completion status + Other responsibilities as directed by
Supervision Qualifications:
+ Must have at least 3 years of related experience preferably in the construction safety field with preferably a minimum of 1 year of claims related experience. + Must have working knowledge of USDOT and OSHA regulations. + The position requires effective planning, organizing, and motivational skills +
Computer Applications Experience:
