We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for complex industrial construction projects in the Mobile, Alabama region. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor field personnel, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project excellence Delegate tasks effectively, leveraging team member strengths to optimize project outcomes Set daily expectations and standards for all stakeholders and trade partners Model professionalism, integrity, and company core values at all times Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the field team Industrial Systems Oversight Supervise fabrication, installation, and testing of process, utility, and service piping systems Oversee erection of pipe racks, equipment platforms, structural steel, ladders, handrails, and support structures Manage installation and alignment of rotating and static mechanical equipment (pumps, blowers, vessels, heat exchangers) Ensure compliance with P&IDs, isometric drawings, material specifications, and vendor documentation Coordinate piping spool delivery, material traceability, and line checks Support flushing, chemical cleaning, and system commissioning preparations Quality Control & Technical Compliance Monitor field welding activities, NDT processes, PWHT, and pressure testing (hydrostatic/pneumatic) Ensure adherence to ASME, API, ASTM, and local codes applicable to industrial construction Conduct regular inspections and quality control audits to identify and address deficiencies Coordinate anchor bolt setting, leveling, grouting, and equipment alignment with project teams Facilitate vendor inspections, punch list closure, and system turnover to commissioning Project Coordination & Communication Coordinate with Project Managers and Pre-Construction teams during project handoffs Interface with civil, electrical, instrumentation, and automation teams to prevent conflicts Participate in regular OAC meetings and provide comprehensive progress reporting Maintain proactive communication through Procore for all project documentation Complete detailed daily reports with comprehensive photographs and progress updates Manage RFIs, submittals, permits, drawing updates, and weather delays through established systems Safety & Compliance Excellence Work closely with HSE Department to maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and permit-to-work requirements Enforce plant and project-specific HSE standards for industrial environments Conduct weekly safety meetings, daily JSAs (Job Safety Analysis), and behavioral-based safety observations Ensure proper safety guidelines, tools, PPE, and equipment are visible and available on-site Model appropriate safety behavior and maintain safety leadership standards Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 8+ years of experience in industrial construction with specific expertise in chemical plants, manufacturing facilities, or process industries Proven experience managing piping systems, structural steel erection, and mechanical equipment installation Strong knowledge of industrial construction codes, safety standards, and quality requirements Experience with

ASME, API, ASTM
