Full-Time Position Summary The HSE Site Coordinator is responsible for supporting the health, safety, and environmental compliance efforts of TOLM Group at a project level. This role involves implementing site-specific safety plans, conducting assessments and training, managing compliance platforms, and promoting a culture of safety through education, assessment, and proactive craft engagement. Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Compliance Participate in daily/weekly/monthly task planning to identify high-risk activities and develop controls. Monitor and track the implementation of Site-Specific Safety Plans for TOLM Group. Participate in quarterly HSE assessments led by senior safety staff. Ensure subcontractors comply with applicable TOLM policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal compliance standards. Review subcontractor safety programs and Job Hazard Analyses. Conduct regular jobsite safety observations for compliance and risk assessments. Lead and/or assist in the Incident Investigation Process. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective Actions. Maintain site safety inventory, including supplies and equipment. Training & Reporting Conduct on-site computer-based training (CBTs). Manage, track, and report compliance for the KPA Training System. Compose quarterly HSE data-related reports for TOLM Group. Effectively manage the Site-Specific Contractor Orientation Training Program. Safety Leadership Promote a positive environment through engagement, recognition, and accountability. Serve as a resource to field personnel, superintendents, and subcontractors in the safety capacity. Lead by example in modeling safe behaviors. Communicate effectively with team members across all levels of the organization.
