The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialistis responsible for uploading and maintaining accurate ERP productdata to optimize kitchen processes and streamline inventorymanagement, cost control, production planning, and recipemanagement for the metro food production facility.•Sage X3 ERPexperience preferred•Food Manufacturing experience required

Responsibilities:

Work with internal stakeholders to driveefficiency, quality, and accuracy of ERP master data. Continuouslyassess product data through the usage of exception reports toensure ERP data quality and integrity, root causing any issues andcommunicating with all relevant departments. Participate in thechange order process and new product introduction, takingresponsibility for ERP-related activities. Provide input andguidance on the most efficient ways to structure change requests asthey relate to the release and maintenance of data in the ERPsystem. Provide ERP training/support for production, inventory andQC team members Participate in continuous cycle counting and yearlyinventory audits and report on discrepancies. Generate and reporton inventory control metrics such as actual vs. Support theimplementation of our manufacturing processes and systems andcollaborate with Facility Leadership to support kitchen operationsand corresponding requirements. Generate reports to help FacilityLeadership make informed decisions. Ensure data accuracy andcompliance with food safety regulations within the ERP environment.

Become a subject matter expert on the ERP system, understanding itsconfigurations, modules, and best practices. Maintain comprehensiveknowledge of, and ensure compliance with, relevant regulatory rulesand standards, including Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration (OSHA), US Department of Agriculture (USDA), StateDepartment of Agriculture, Hazard Analysis and Critical ControlPoint (HACCP), Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA), Americanswith Disabilities Act (ADA), Department of Labor, Health andSanitation regulations, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), andWeights and Measures. Establish and maintain collaborative andproductive working relationships with Store Support teams andOperational Areas supported by Facility Leadership. BA/BS degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,Supply Chain Management, or a related field OR equivalentcombination of education and ERP experience within a foodmanufacturing facility. ~18 months experience within a foodproduction environment and 6 months of supervisory experience inthe food manufacturing industry. ~ Strong understanding of Sage X3ERP system or similar ERP systems, including finance, inventorymanagement, procurement, and production planning modules. ~Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, customization, andmaintenance is highly valued. ~ Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. ~Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chainmanagement, environmental health and safety, and OSHA. ~ Strongcomputer skills; proficiency in select Microsoft Officeapplications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); and ability to learn customapplications. ~ Understanding of financials and Profit & Loss(P&L) statements. ~ Ability to work well with others,self-motivated, and capable of working independently with littlesupervision. ~ Ability to work a flexible schedule based on theneeds of the facility, including nights, weekends and holidays asrequired. ~ Ability to build strong partnerships with keystakeholders. ~ A genuine passion for food and a deep commitment toour purpose to nourish people and the planet. Must adhere tocompany dress code, standards of production kitchen dress, andpersonal protective equipment (PPE). Exposure to FDA-approvedcleaning chemicals.
