PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Specialist to support and enhance our safety culture. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing safety training programs, inspecting facilities, and ensuringpliance with safety regulations. If you’re passionate about protecting people and promoting a safe work environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs for employees.
Create and distribute educational materials on accident prevention and safety procedures.
Conduct facility inspections to identify potential hazards and rmend corrective actions.
Ensurepliance with safety regulations andpany policies.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, incidents, and safety audits.
Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to reinforce safety best practices.
What You Bring

Top Must-Have Skills:

Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong background in workplace safety andpliance
Excellentmunication skills, especially in delivering training
Exceptionalanizational and documentation abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
0-2 years of experience in safety, training, or a related area
Familiarity with standard safety practices and regulatory requirements
Ability to follow established guidelines and work under supervision

Pay Details:

$38.46 per hour
