Cleaning Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Cleaning Specialist is to perform cleaning and disinfection of all commonly used office and warehouse environments. The ideal candidate would be experienced in a custodial role that was focused on upkeep. A keen eye for detail and thoroughness is imperative to this role.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of cleaning experience in a professional environment Must be able to lift 50lbs
PREFERRED SKILLS
At least 1 year of cleaning experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred Good communication skills Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces Good organization skills Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners Excellent time-management skills
CORE DUTIES
Clean the interior of buildings including restrooms, floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls Disinfect commonly used items like restrooms, desks, door handles, office tools, and phones Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed Empty trash and recycling bins HOURS 1st shift position Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
