What you will be doing:

The Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator will provide administrative and support services within the Department of Environmental Health and Safety. Manages safety violation policy and remains up to date on changes in safety regulation policy as well as new company safety initiatives. Tracks, documents, and catalogs all safety metrics KPI’s using contract management applications. Assists in tracking compliance status and OSHA incident logs through SEA dashboards. Updates various safety policy & procedures related to EH&S programs as needed. Maintain required compliance documentation associated with customer guidelines. Schedules and maintains routine safety inspections. Assists with budget preparation, program changes, development of goals, and short- and long-range planning. Assists with research and procurement tasks of EH&S items and necessities as directed. Maintains and updates required files and records related to City, State, & Federal requirements. Assists as directed with employee training development. Prepares for ISO 9001 and other associated EH&S audits. What we’re looking for:

Must Have’s:

Highschool diploma or equivalent. 1 year of Safety experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Analytical problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Authorized to work in the USA Nice to
