We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented professionals to join our team as a Utility / Dishwasher at the Delta Sky Club in Jacksonville International Airport . This is more than a dishwashing position—it’s an integral role in maintaining the polished environment our guests expect. As a Utility Specialist, you’ll uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency, directly supporting the culinary and service teams to deliver an elevated guest experience. Role Overview The Utility Specialist ensures all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are impeccably cleaned and ready for use, while maintaining strict sanitation and operational standards. This role also supports the kitchen with general cleaning duties and organization in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Clean and sanitize dishware, cookware, and utensils using both hand-washing and dish machines. Keep the dish room and kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked. Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, workstations, floors, and refrigeration units. Safely dispose of waste and recyclables. Support culinary operations with restocking and organizing supplies. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP and OSHA guidelines. Attend required training and uphold Sodexo and Delta Sky Club sanitation and safety standards.

Requirements :

Successful candidates must be able to pass a TSA background check and drug test. Prior food service dishwashing experience. Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Experience & Skills :

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. 1 year+ of related dishwashing or utility experience preferred. Professional, dependable, and able to work as part of a team. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours). Able to reach, bend, stoop, push, and lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally up to 40 lbs).
