We’re seeking a proactive and passionate Safety Coordinator to embed safety into the heartbeat of our operations. This role is not for someone who sits behind a desk; we want a true safety champion who leads by example, walks the floor daily, connects with team members, and cultivates a safety-first mindset at all levels.

Your Mission:

As our Safety Coordinator, you’ll drive a culture where safety is instinctive and accountability is shared. You’ll lead training sessions, conduct safety walks, reinforce safe behaviors, and build relationships with our manufacturing teams to make safety an everyday priority.

What You’ll Do:

Be physically present on the floor daily—observing, coaching, engaging. Conduct daily safety talks and organize ongoing training sessions (including machinery safety, PPE use, emergency response). Implement, monitor, and enforce site-wide safety plans and protocols. Investigate incidents and near-misses , and drive root-cause corrective actions. Maintain and improve documentation for compliance, audits, and reporting. Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills. Serve as liaison with OSHA, insurance reps, and other compliance entities. Track trends and proactively recommend safety improvements . Build trust and rapport with employees.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish — must be able to clearly lead training and safety talks in both languages. OSHA 10 or 30 certification strongly preferred. At least 2-3 years in a manufacturing safety role. Strong knowledge of federal/state/local safety regulations (including OSHA standards). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — you’re approachable, assertive, and a great listener. Strong leadership skills and confidence speaking to groups of all sizes. Ability to motivate others and hold teams accountable in a positive, respectful way. Detail-oriented with solid documentation and follow-up habits. Why Join Us?
