In this role, you will conduct independent audits to evaluate and improve the safety measures on all Power Design jobsites. We are looking for someone who will help ensure safety measures are delivered to exceed our team and customer’s needs and expectations! Ready to join the team? Apply to Power Design today! position details/responsibilities… To prepare safety audits by gathering data during jobsite walks, creating reports, and meeting with key personnel to discuss project specifics. Identify and document items needing improvement/attention in addition to specific work program items. Provide training on safety methods and/or best practices to project team when needed. Represent the Safety team positively through interaction with Project Superintendents and Foremen. Deliver accurate and concise evaluation reports and photo documentation. Communicate with General Contractor Safety personnel when onsite to communicate safety concerns Communicate with team while on site and follow evaluation to discuss progress, satisfaction, and needs. Meet with project team to communicate audit results and recommend action plans for improvement. Maintain accurate and organized records. here’s what we’re looking for… Electrical industry experience preferred OSHA 30 Required Must be detail oriented and quality driven. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to interact with employees of all levels, from field personnel to executive management.
