The Safety Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and management of all required safety and health programs such as Hazard Communication, Powered Industrial Truck, Emergency Action Plan, Lockout/Tagout, Respiratory Protection, Incident Management and other relevant topics to ensure the safety, health and well-being of all second shift associates. The Safety Specialist position requires excellent communication and organizational skills along with the ability to speak in front of both small and large groups of people. On a daily basis our

Safety Specialist :

Work closely with site Leadership team to guide and stimulate safety excellence. Inspect work areas for safety hazards and risks. Conduct training on safety programs. Perform audits to support the ongoing improvement of safety programs. Assist with accident reporting, investigation and corrective action implementation.

What You Will Need:
