Construction Consultant / Owner’s Rep for construction project ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: please provided desired hourly rate We are having a 10,000 sq ft warehouse being built and we would like to hire an owners rep or construction consultant. An ideal person would be a retired general contractor or someone with a lot of commercial construction experience who is willing to consult/inspect on an hourly basis. The permit is being pulled by a licensed contractor. I have an engineer who will be providing the stamped plans but I would like someone who can act as an owners rep to make sure things are being done correctly. This is a part time position.
