Full Job Description Job Summary :

The FSQA Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and verifying data related to food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures the timely and precise documentation of critical information used to uphold product quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this role supports the internal use of the TraceGains vendor management tool and helps maintain customer-facing portals.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain FSQA compliance data in TraceGains and customer portals. Organize and manage digital and hard-copy FSQA documentation to ensure audit readiness and easy retrieval. Assist with preparation of documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reviews. Conduct regular data accuracy checks and report discrepancies to FSQA leadership. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of quality and process data. Support traceability and recall activities by ensuring records are complete and accurate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—innovation, procurement, production, sanitation, and warehouse—to gather and verify regulatory documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to FSQA documentation and compliance systems. Assist with internal FSQA audits through documentation review, walkthroughs, and corrective action tracking.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Associate degree in a science or administrative field required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ year of experience in data entry, food manufacturing, FSQA, or regulatory compliance setting preferred. Familiarity with HACCP, FSMA, GMPs, and third-party audit standards (e.g., BRCGS) is a plus. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and documentation management systems (such as TraceGains, SAP, or similar). Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

$19.69 – $22.50 per hour
