un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Busy Bee Cleaning Specialist is looking for new employees (casselberry) ‹ image 1 of 1 ›  compensation: $13.00-$15.00 We are seeking a Housekeeping Lead to join our team! You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.

Responsibilities:

Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations Ensure a clean and orderly environment Sterilize various tools and equipment Move reasonably small furniture as necessary Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Residential cleaning, Business cleaning, or other related fields Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic Training for new employees will be approximately 4 weeks. This time will be to assess your strengths and bolster your weaknesses in the cleaning field to best accomplish an amazing job for each of our clients. Once this training period is over you will be given jobs to be done independently. This means you will need reliable transportation as you will be driving yourself to the client’s homes. During training pay will be $13.00 per hour. Once your training is complete and you are working on your own pay increases to $15.00 per hour. All cleaning tools and chemicals will be provided. We are looking for cleaners who have a friendly, non-threatening outward appearance. Someone who can get detail-oriented cleanings done in a set time frame, regularly to keep to our client’s schedules. We still clean the home of the first client who ever hired us, and this is our pride. We are looking for long term employees that help us grow by through word of mouth.
