SOLUTION

This position is responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the safety protocols, along with experience in construction management. Duties Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant standards. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Provide training to employees on safety practices, emergency procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Monitor workplace conditions and equipment to ensure compliance with occupational health standards. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions as part of compliance management. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into construction management software for efficient tracking of safety performance. Serve as a point of contact for workers’ compensation claims and assist in the management of related documentation. Also, making sure you do a daily report. Skills Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, including OSHA standards and NEC requirements. Proficiency in risk management techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards. Familiarity with occupational health principles related to construction sites. Experience using construction management software for tracking safety compliance and reporting. Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery and collaboration with team members. Strong analytical skills for conducting thorough investigations into incidents and accidents. Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
