Jun 24, 2025 The position is open to current employees of the TCSG System Office and affiliated technical colleges who meet the minimum qualifications below. The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their fulltime High School Equivalency (HSE) Field Support Coordinator in the Office of Adult Education . This position is responsible for processing the Diploma Sender Dashboard. This position will also process and resolve requests from the field including Adult Education, Testing Centers and Georgia Department of Corrections by researching GED Manager, HiSET and Navigator Systems. This position will also manage HSE Office operations including customer service communications, HOPE Grant and HSE Program support and reconciliations, marketing implementation and follow-up, inventory/property transfer agreements and purchase order/requisition tracking. This role will serve as a connection point for GED, HiSET and HOPE Grant field services within the HSE Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and resolve GED and HiSET requests from the Diploma Sender Dashboard. Research and resolve GED/HiSET and Navigator requests using GED Manager and HiSET management tools; Primary communication liaison for customer, field and colleague service issues and requests; Reconcile and audit HOPE Grant – GSFC/TCSG Invoices process; Implement and monitor HSE Marketing Campaigns; Order and Track equipment and supplies provided to the field; Provide customer support to the HOPE Grant program; Facilitate HOPE Grant Outreach providing training and education; Primary custodian of users in the Navigator System; Produce required office reports, tracking HSE and Customer Service data progress; Support professional development programming for test center administrators, supervisors and colleagues. Assists in the development, review, revision and/or implementation of policies, procedures in the HSE Office. Provide Test Center Field Testing Support locally, as needed. 20% travel, required. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree •and• – Five (5) years relevant experience in customer service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft applications Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills (oral and written) In-depth knowledge of GED Manager, HiSET Relationship Management tool and the Navigator Customer System. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to establish and maintain effective work relations with staff, state organizations, and the general public Pearson Vue Certified Test Administrator
