We are seeking a highlyskilled and experienced Permanent Sanitation Manager to join ourdynamic team in the food manufacturing industry. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for overseeing all sanitationoperations and ensuring that our facilities meet all necessarysafety and cleanliness standards. This is an excellent opportunityfor a motivated individual to contribute to the success of ourorganization by maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain sanitationprograms and procedures in compliance with SQF, Food Safety, USDA,FDA, CIP, HACCP, OSHA, and MSDS regulations. 2. Conduct regularinspections and audits to ensure that all sanitation standards areconsistently met. 3. Lead and manage the sanitation team, providingtraining, guidance, and support as necessary. 4. Coordinate withother departments to ensure sanitation procedures do not interferewith production operations. 5. Oversee the proper maintenance andcleaning of all machinery, equipment, and facilities. 6.Investigate and address any sanitation-related issues or concernspromptly and effectively. 7. Maintain accurate records anddocumentation related to sanitation procedures and initiatives. 8.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, andregulations related to sanitation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field. 2. Minimumof 5 years of experience in a sanitation management role within theengineering industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of sanitationregulations and standards, including SQF, Food Safety, USDA, FDA,CIP, HACCP, OSHA, and MSDS. 4. Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities andattention to detail. 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills. 7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meettight deadlines. 8. Proficiency in using sanitation-relatedequipment and machinery. 9. Willingness to stay updated with thelatest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
