Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Skills Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate weights. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management. Previous experience in a cleaning role is a plus but not required.
