EHS Administrator Goodwin Company 700 Progress Center Avenue, Lawrenceville, GA 30043 Position Summary The Environmental Health and Safety Administrators play a vital role in maintaining a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety guidelines and laws. sites and internal safety communications Partner with HR to support new hires’ onboarding, including credential verification and safety checklists Scheduling, tracking, and reporting on off-site medical exams Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures Maintaining records of incidents and accidents, and producing statistics for managers Collaborate with leaders on audit tracking, incident documentation, compliance milestones, and safety communications Maintains PPE and safety equipment inventory. Orders PPE and safety equipment to maintain good inventory levels Administrate and coordinate compliance with all hazardous and non-hazardous waste programs. Participate in the certification, documentation, and compliance of

ISO 14001

Manage wastewater and stormwater permit compliance and reporting Function as a point of contact for safety-related issues and concerns Performs other similar tasks and special projects as required and assigned Experience/Education Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations An AS degree in Safety Management or a related field is preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a safety-related role Certification in safety management, such as EHS certificates Physical Requirements Must be comfortable sitting, standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and walking without restriction repeatedly over the course of a shift. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 35 lbs. Must be able to work in a demanding environment. Willingness to work in various weather conditions indoors and outdoors, including exposure to chemicals. (only if the job requires working in the Production area)
