• About the

Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Supervisor to join our team. This role plays a key part in developing and fostering a world-class safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Support team members and site leadership in identifying workplace hazards and developing proactive solutions. Lead and support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action implementation. Partner with the EHS Manager to execute and enhance facility EHS programs. Ensure compliance with OSHA General Industry Standards and all relevant federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Conduct EHS-related training and education programs for all employees. Monitor and track progress toward achieving EHS goals and key performance indicators. Maintain timely and accurate EHS reporting and documentation. Provide first aid and triage support in the event of team member or contractor injuries. Assist with health screenings, OSHA recordkeeping, hearing conservation programs, and related health initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned by the EHS Manager.

Qualifications:

Prior EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of EHS program implementation and regulatory compliance. Confident in delivering presentations and training sessions to diverse teams. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of demonstrating effective leadership. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
