Safety Technician II – 3rd Shift This Safety Technician II – 3rd Shift position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Your contribution:

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance and the prevention of workplace accidents. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and management. Maintain and update safety policies and procedures to align with current regulations and industry best practices. Investigate incidents and near-misses, analyzing root causes and recommending corrective actions. Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety culture and employee engagement in HSE practices. Collaborate with leadership to set HSE goals and track progress toward achieving them. Ensure all HSE documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available for audits and inspections.

Your journey:

You excel at leadership, problem-solving, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices. Additionally, you have the following: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degrees in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields are preferred. Strong technical knowledge of local and international HSE regulations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive HSE initiatives. Excellent communication and training skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
