14 days on / 14 days off, 12-hour offshore shifts (Possible 7/7 rotation)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Drilling Fluids Specialist to support offshore operations. This role focuses on the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of fluids services for well construction. Candidates must have offshore experience and meet all safety and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute accurate and timely fluids service delivery. Conduct risk analysis and contribute to continual service improvements. Promote products and services to clients. Ensure compliance through inspections and internal assessments. Participate in HSE and quality initiatives. Use appropriate PPE and maintain required safety certifications.
Requirements:
5 10 years of experience (
Junior:
5 years |
Senior:
10+ years). Recognized Drilling & Completions (D&C) school certificate. Medical clearance with knowledge of QHSE requirements. Current Safeland and TWIC certifications. Must be able to travel to dock location for offshore deployment. Per diem and mileage reimbursed with receipts.
