Day | 5×8-Hour (7:30 AM•4:00 PM)
Contract Duration:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Inpatient Recovery Specialist to join our dedicated team in Lynn, MA for a 13-week contract, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate case management and direct support to individuals in recovery Administer prescribed medications in accordance with established protocols Monitor and supervise clients throughout the recovery process Accurately document client progress and maintain organized records Effectively respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions Utilize behavior management strategies to encourage progress and stability Maintain clear and supportive communication with clients, families, and the care team
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of recent inpatient recovery specialist experience Experience working with individuals impacted by substance use strongly preferred Certification in a related behavioral health or support field is highly valued Proficient in data entry and client record management Strong crisis intervention skills and knowledge of behavioral health practices Knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to foster trust and support individuals with empathy and respect Join Us in Making a Lasting Impact This is more than just a contract position—it’s an opportunity to be a part of transformative change.
