BIM Coordinator Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

BIM Coordinator 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Ayer, MA 01432 We’re seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join a leading mechanical contractor in the Greater Boston area. This role will support HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection coordination efforts on large commercial and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and Navisworks Coordinate with internal project managers, field teams, and external design consultants Support clash detection, drawing updates, and fabrication coordination Maintain model accuracy and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

2+ years of BIM/VDC experience in the construction or mechanical trades Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing Excellent communication and organizational skills
