We are currently seeking an Industrial Hygienist / Environmental Technician to support a variety of projects related to asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality in Natick Massachusetts !

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct environmental building surveys and prepare clear, detailed reports related to asbestos, LBP, mold, and IAQ. Perform oversight and air monitoring during asbestos abatement projects to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Assist with industrial hygiene assessments, including air sampling, chemical exposure evaluations, and PPE recommendations. Provide field support and documentation for various EHS-related remediation and compliance projects. Interpret environmental data and provide actionable recommendations for hazard control or mitigation. Work independently on site-based projects, which may occasionally require evening or weekend work in the Greater Boston area.

Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), preferably in industrial hygiene or remediation. Current Massachusetts asbestos credentials (Asbestos Inspector, Project Monitor, and/or Project Designer). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical field. EPA Lead Inspector or Risk Assessor certification. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and air sampling techniques. Prior experience working on construction or renovation projects. Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously. A self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills who works well independently or within a team.
